You are missing my point, I am not comparing anything.....
The point I am making is simply how few drivers would be required for it to actually run, and even taking all that you mention into account, it does not require a lot of drivers paying 35k plus Vat each to run the series as a viable financial exercise.
If you turned up to an event with a paddock full of, say, 30 competitors across three classes..... would you consider that a success? As a competitive event probably not.... but from a financial point of view, you would be looking at an income of �1.05m, and THAT is plenty enough to pay for all you point out AND make a significant financial return. Again though, my point isn't even about pointing out the potential return, everyone is entitled to make a commercial return from what they do....... simply the low numbers required for it to actually run.
