The duro we tried at clay wasn't the hard compound used on corporates. It was very soft which was the problem. The kartline tyres are still available at low cost. What I've found is that hard corporate tyres are very cheap but as soon as you go for a softer sprint tyre the price jumps considerably. Even relatively hard compounds.
