I'm in a team that runs in clubman:
Radios are very handy - but we got away without them previously. I certainly wouldn't want them banning in our class as they help you know which karts you are racing and which ones you could strategically let past (ie the pro class!). They're also handy for safety, allowing a driver to notify the pits if something is not right such as the wind has blown a set of plastic barriers into the track (it happened last year)!
For fuel, it's pretty much four full tanks of fuel so 36 litres in the race for a Rotax.
As for tyres, I'm fairly sure that clubman are still restricted to a set number of tyres every year (need to confirm in the regs). We have run sets for three meetings and still come away with trophies - although there have been some very serious teams in clubman recently who have a much larger budget than we run to so will probably change their tyres more often.
OEKC is a great friendly series.
