Hi
I hope someone can help!
I recently bought an S5 (2013) and could do with some advice from someone who has owned one or currently got one. Basically they came with (well mine did) prototype silver metal bearing hangars and they are really big. So big I cannot use all 3 settings on the height for the chassis. I can only use the middle and top holes and not the bottom ones - because they are so thick.
I have asked Andy Cox Racing (where it came from) but all they said is that they are fine. Well that doesn't help because I want to know if I should be using the lower holes to raise the chassis to the max - as advised in their literature.
I also asked them about the camber bushes because every Birel I have seen have the ones with lots of holes in them at the top, and the plain ones underneath. On my one they are opposite i.e. the ones with the holes are underneath. Again, ACR just said that they are 'fine'.
Can anyone advise? as I'm going crazy here not knowing what to do!
Many thanks.
Kev
