So the ABkC AGM will only be voting on:
1) Choice of Chairman 2) Whether to include a Honda Cadet representative 3) Whether to include a "Driver's Representative" - with no explanation as to how that person will be chosen 4) To direct the proceeds of the Tyre Tax to the ABkC itself, rather than to S1
Note that because the voting rights of the Committee aren't being reviewed at all, then the Committee (where S1 holds 2 votes) can overrule any decision of the AGM regarding the Tyre Tax!
By the way, every ABkC Club was invited to seek their members' views on 14 separate recommendations to improve the ABkC rules.
I'm not aware of a single club that sought the views of its members on any of the suggestions.
None of the suggestions are on the agenda.
I wonder why the powers that be don't want to change the way that decisions are made?
I wonder how long MSA karting will survive?
