I was at pfi at the weekend. The drop down bumpers are not being policed properly. I watched at least 4 junior drivers arrive last minute for the final, straight to the grid with front fairings already secured. They were not even noticed by the officials chatting on the gate, therefore not checked; I am pretty sure the bumpers had extra security measures in place and incidentally they did not drop even though I saw them hit other karts. One or more drivers also witnessed a junior driver kicking the bumper forward on the in lap, going slow after the checker, again he got away with it. This is not therefore punishing the correct drivers, as they are already finding ways around, the season hasn't even started yet. Officials aren't interested as it's easier for them, no one goes in the office anymore and no one sees anything,
