Errr � and Teesside isn�t the Northeast? Only the most enjoyable track in the country by a long way as far as I�m concerned � well worth the trip even from nearly on the south coast! Teesside was always a stand-out highlight on our race calendar.

I�d agree with much of the wish list in this thread for the nature of any new track. But of course all of that completely ignores the basic fact � as I understand it � that, to have any chance of being commercially viable, any such a new venue would have to be focussed almost entirely on rental karts. And that�s also reason number one why it�s highly improbable in the first place. Certainly our little owner/driver hobby couldn�t begin to pay for it.
