I have not raced there yet at Lydd, but probably will this year, but I have many friends that race there and they absolutely love it, nice friendly atmosphere with good club racing, I'm only going by what I hear from many people.

If you look at the grid sizes for the last Lydd winter round it was actually quite respectable, so I wouldnt knock a tryer, weather its IKR or MSA.

But back to the point in hand, the MSA have turned karting into a cash-cow.......for example, if you want your licence fast-tracked through the application process its a bargain �62!!!.....WTF....I would love to know how that was calculated, they must be raking it in.

Again, what is grass-roots karting???.....the ABKC will never know, as its full of engine builders and chassis manufacturers on the committee.
