I know people had some big problems in getting a response from Jet Tec regarding questions.
I wrote the review in this link several years ago when jetting software for the Rotax was in its infancy.

The biggest problem is that you can't trust the jets themselves to deliver the fuel quantity specified by the software.
Especially since there are copies of the jets made of Chinesium and they can be up to four sizes out from the stamped size.
You cannot use jetting software of any kind without knowing the flow rate of the jet you are advised to use.
I've not spoken to John for many years and it may be he takes it easy as he had a quadruple bypass years back.
I think the software is not necessary if you flow your jets and mark them up in a holder and keep them and the carb clean.
In any case, any software has to be calculated from a certain size of jet that is used as a starting point.
If your starting point jet varies from their stating jet by any amount, then your calculations go out of the window.
There's more in you, tyres and set up than any software.
