Very difficult to give a definitive answer as it depends largely on the track temperature at the time and also the general set-up of the kart. The rubber on 1 year old tyres is likely to be quite hard and you would have to use higher pressures in order to generate the heat required for grip. What pressures did you use last time? Try 18psi to begin with and go from there, increasing by 1psi either way until you get the grip level you require without overheating the tyres. Get your mechanic to have a pressure tester with him when you come in after a practice session and check the pressures immediately. If they are raised by 2psi, then that's about right. Anymore than 2psi means that pressures are too high, and vice versa.
