must say ive been reading the thread with interest and amusement

i work in the media and art and so absolutely every one in that field uses a mac.they recoil in disgust when they find that i use a pc and yet they cant seem to answer in a sensible manner when i ask exactly what is better about a mac.i mean,i use the same programmes as them(namely photoshop etc.) but yet i have so many more options when it comes to hardware and software.

their response is usually "well that crash a lot and macs are just better".what a well thought out argument that is!

of all the illustrators i know(and their macs)they seem to be the ones who are always complaining about their computers,not me

im genuinely interested.why exactly are macs suposed to be better for art and music?
