just trying to pick your brain as you always have an appetite to seek a solution to any problem and come up with a new problem to any solution. Either way it means that the "lazy", the "cheep", the "idiot" or whaveter you might want to name it will abide blindly to any rules because, hey! it's the rule! The less "lazy", the more "vertically challenged" might question the fairness or usefullness of a rule and bend it or even totally break it. Over time this is how things do evolve, for better of for worse. The cheeps will always follow the rules anyway, regardless of their changes. For the specific question of kerb riding i think 2 wheels should be on the track at all time, what you do with the other 2 are up to the driver. And yes i agree that people do take the mick with cutting corners by having 4 wheels of the track and nothing is enforced! Maybe circuit owners should put massive kerbs...however they might be too scared to hurt their corporate karts...
