And that is exactly the point Ian, every one drives the same lines at all tracks, whether be it Rye House, Lydd, Llandow or wherever else the kerbs allow it! So why the need to argue about it?
Cheating is CHEATING only when a small minority gain an unfair advantage over the huge majority. Hence the rules are enforced. In the case of kerb riding and rubber build-up removal on the Cadet tyres there is no CHEATING simply because everybody does it!
Even you as an elected representative would have to admit that where the needs (or habits) of MOST outweigh those of the FEW, the existing rules have to be challenged (read ignored or changed under pressure), or at least amended to exclude those areas where the rule/law doesn't serve the original purpose any more!
