You are missing the point itpro..the theory has already been done,the anaylisis has been done,the comparisons and back to back testing has been done, the testing of materials has been done...its all been tested over many years by the worlds most successful teams
Thats not to say they never test any more...they test all the time...BUT the basics are always the same...once a manufacturer has a good chassis,they have a base setup to work from...and that base setup will be used at every circuit they ever go to...and then altered "slightly" to suit the track conditions
Please note I use the word "slighly" alter...this is one of the main keys to being successful...You have to have a good base setup for your chassis that will work straight out of the van at every circuit....and then make slight alterations.
This is not a statement to knock you...you seem to enjoy your level of karting...Im just explaining how top European and World champion teams go about it.
