you can get the patch plugs from here:http://www.binderconnectors.com/html/products.html but the hassel of changing one out if thats where the fault is, it would be easier to order an extention patch lead from mychron and then you can just plug your sensors straight in if you fit a plug on the end of the old lead in replacement of the old patch plug.
if the fault is at the sensor end depending on where the break is and how close to the sensor you can get a plug that clamps around the end of the sensor probe and connect the wires to the plug terminals like this, look at the 3rd picture down. if you look at the probe you will see that this is all the temp sensor is but with a washer soldered to the end, nothing complicated. http://www.tc.co.uk/products/mi_thermocouples.htm
this is also a good place to get plus and sensors from.
if the break is in the actual cable lead, maybe its been crushed or something then its a case of inspecting the cable to find the break and then just getting a cable crimp tool with some crimps for the cable size and repairing the joint, or just twist the two ens together and tape em up!lol
