hi there

personally i would wait until the end of the year to upgrade.

IT Will cost to upgrade. from what i understand there is the upgrade fee plus the difference in the price of renewals to pay when upgrading. then in november/december you have to pay again to renew.

right now i have passed arks and received my 5 required signatures. after phoning the MSA and contacting my local club i am racing as a national b licence holder on the proviso that i can produce my novice licence and the upgrade card. i have been doing this for 2 meetings now so it does work.

if you are desperate to upgrade then fine, however i would recommend that you contact the club or clubs that you race at, explain the situation and you should be able to race on full plates
