Where is the license endorsing offence for going across the start line too fast, quoted?

The following was the reply from SpeedMinder on their equipment by the way.

Good Morning,

Sorry for the delay in our reply.

The SpeedMinder along with other signs on our associate website www.radarspeedsign.com all operate as advisory units, and pick up ALL oncoming vehicles. The signs will show the fastest speed of an approaching vehicle, so if they are almost side by side, the fastest speed will be displayed.

As these are just reminders and the radar unit is fitted into the unit, a general radar Doppler is fitted.
