Luke, the Honda engine will have to be fitted with the piston facing towards the back. I have recently fitted a Honda to a Tonykart Venox chassis and to do this, I had to cut a part of the seat stay off HOWEVER, I have since found out you can actually fit the Honda straight on the chassis if you have the correct engine mount. The Guy I spoke to took a standard Tonykart engine mount, machined it so it was flat (they slope forward) and then with a little trial and error, found the ideal position and mounted the engine. There won't be a lot of room next to the seat but it can be done - make sure you allow room for engine movement when tensioning the chain though. I have to say my method was easier but it did involve cutting the chassis but I got it cheap so it didn't really matter to me and you don't need the stiffness in the chassis with a Honda engine. Hope this helps
