Remove wheels (if fitted) and retain spacers. Fit tracking discs and make sure tightened up with stub nut using additional spacers on the outside as necessary(finger tight is OK as long as there is no movement). Measure across outer edges of discs rearward of stubs with decent tape measure. Measure Across outer edges of discs forward of discs. For both measurements ensure tape is routed through most direct route - depending on chassis this may require passing under brake rod and accelerator cable/spring at front. Example = 940 at rear; 945 at front = 5mm toe out 942 front & rear = zero toe You can also measure top & bottom of discs to get camber. Because of the snug fit of tracking discs, these can also be used to indicate whether a stub is bent - it will become a tight fit as you push it on if there is a bend in the stub (usually, but not exclusively, at about 10mm from the inner end of the stub)
