Hi Rich, good to read that you enjoyed it. I was going to be there, but cancelled at the last minute because I banked on a consistently wet day and that would not have suited what we wanted to do. Some other unexpected diary conflicts didn�t help. Anyway, shame it was an opportunity missed to meet someone else from here.
It�s funny you should talk about �spinning the world� because that is of course the beauty: whereas conventional piston engines bash up and down (to quote a well-known F1 engineer) and frequently sound �pained�, the rotary engine just spins and hums.
Alan: By �they� I take it you mean the MSA, or rather the karting politicians behind karting-related MSA decisions? Well, I really don�t think we need them. If �they� don�t want more any more members (presumably because they have interest elsewhere), I see no reason to plead for membership.
