This is my Fitness regime. I have just turned 25 but should give you an idea. I train 5 times a week focussing on Cardio Vascular Fitness, endurance, agility and upper body strength/ endurance. Most of my training being carried out at the gym. My current programme is as follows:
Mon - 15 Min run followed by full weights programme
Tue - 12 min intense interval training on the treadmill, 15 min cross trainer, 15 min excercise bike
Wed - Rest day
Thurs - Advanced Circuit Training (excericise class) developing cardio, resistance and co- ordination.
Fri - rest day
Sat - 6-10km run, skipping and punch bag, then followed by more weight training.
Sun - Football
I spend about 10 hours a week training. Working full time does mean that the training does take over your social life but if it makes me a better driver its worth it.
