Josh, Whilst I agree with a lot of things said below about getting/not getting sponsorship I think what you have put together is commedable and professional for someone so young.
With the spirit and committment you are showing I have no doubt you will succeed in life even if you don't achieve your dream.
Regarding your approach I have the following advice. Buyers on Ebay use the search facility for things they are looking for or might be interested in. So at moment the audience you are going to attract with your title are Rotax Karters and people looking for cheap TV advertising. You are certainly not likely to get sponsorship from other Karters and I very much doubt executives looking for cheap TV advertising are going to be looking on eBay for it.
You need to think differently and word your title in a way which will widen the number of people who will come across your proposal. For example you could use phrases within your title like "marketing opportunity", "Value for money advertising", "Free kart day opportunity" (subject to sponsorship off course). Or include the name of the city/county where you live and then you might get interest from a local business.
You could also do some research and find out what are the most popular items searched for on eBay and work that into your title, although that might be flying close to ebay's rules. Utimately it comes down to a numbers game. The more people that hit your ad the more chance you will have of striking lucky.
There isn't probably just one magic advert title but you could consider running your ad repeatedly, trying different titles. Make sure you include the hits counter so that you can see which title works best. To save you money on the "Buy it now" component of the ebay fee I would simply run it at 99p and put in a clear message for interested parties to contact you by phone. Then simply remove the ad from ebay before the end date so no one can claim to have got your offer for a ridiculous price.
I wish you luck.
