You don't say what class you race in, but you say you're fairly new to karting.
I would recommend setting everything fairly neutral, so medium ride heights front and rear, neutral camber/caster settings (central pins). On most CIK stuff you'll set the total rear width to about 1.395m, outside wheel rim, to outside wheel rim. Front stubs 15 to 25mm of spacers. All the above assumes it's dry btw.
I would not worry about changing any chassis settings for the time being.
For every circuit I would seek an opinion from others on likely sprocket size, and likely tyre pressures.
I would personally do this for quite a period of time, so as not to loose yourself in your own head with loads of changes, which may or may not mask any changes in your driving ability. You risk "programming" your head incorrectly, if you see what I mean.
Once you have much more experience, and can drive numerous laps within a tenth or two, it's worth looking at other chassis changes. By then you will yourself be able to feel what changes in behaviour of the kart are induced by chassis changes.
