If you dropped the exhibitor price, more exhibitors (teams and engine builders) would be at the show, and you would make your money on the entrance fee.
A complete shoot in the sky, why dont you make it a weekend at say shennington in june/ july and have bbqs, a bar and a band on saturday night. It would be a win win weekend that all karters can mingle, look at new products, and one of the only events that everybody is not stressing and racing around.
key points ---------- 1) over a weekend at a good race track so people can test engines and karts.
2) have plenty of camping so people can stay for bbq, beer and band.
3) drop the exhibitor price.
4) dont have it on a key race weekend.
If you plan it right it could be like a karting goodwood festival of speed without the racing.
