IMHO I think 20mm at the back might be too much. Especially if you have the Storm axle which should be 970mm rather than the standard 1000mm that other cadet karts would have. Similarly, depending on the off set of your wheels you may not have to come in at all at the back unless its wet enough for calling for the lifeboats.
Presumably you're doing all the other stuff with camber / caster pills at the front and shifting weight?
Again at the front 30mm feels a little too much given the wheels that you are using.
Zip Storms are tricky to set up as there is quite a fine line between spot on and not spot on. However, get it right and you will be rewarded in that the easier to set up karts will be left in your wake. And it sounds like you might have already experienced this in the dry.
Again IMHO, if you want to run at the front Zip every time.
I'm sure older, wiser and more experienced heads will be along shortly to correct the errors of my opinions :)
