I wouldn't name and shame them on a public forum as that's kinda going out of your way to bad mouth someone and at the end of the day it's your word against theirs. However if someone asks your opinion about the said business / person then I'd just describe exactly your experience with them and let that person make their own mind up whether to use them or not.

I do as much as I can myself and if I don't know how then I try and learn it. It takes a lot longer but you reap the rewards further down the line. That goes for everything in life not just the Karting, knowledge is power as they say.
