Interesting, according to the MSA quoted from the December 2012 edition of MSA News the Comer and Honda restrictions were:

"to ensure parity with the incoming IAME Parilla
Gazelle 60cc".

A quick googled definition of parity to remove any doubt being "Equality, as in amount, status, or value"

Not having a go at you Kelvin, you always do an excellent job. I just wish the MSA would have the decency to be as honest. An earlier document that I can't find at the moment to quote actually claimed it was to allow clubs to run Libre grids. Some Libre grid that would be when your brief is to ensure the Honda is slower.

Is it any wonder we don't trust the MSA?
