Secondly, the reason for the difference in penalty is that a 5 place penalty would be issued for the offence if you have been given a warning and then exceed the circuit limited again. An exclusion will occur if you are given a warning and then exceed circuit limits on more than one occasion.
It is quite simple really. Don't exceed the circuit limits and you won't run the risk of a penalty. And if you go off the black Tarmac it stands to reason you have left the circuit. It is being dealt with in car racing now and people really need to get used to it.
That said, the club at Whilton won't be taking any notice any more so you may as well run right up to the tyre wall.
