Rob nice to get a positive tone to your reply, makes a pleasant change as most people only seem to want to moan on a forum.
Adverts have been placed in Karting magazine and other places and should be out any day now. These will be ongoing. The club website and Facebook as well as this forum should help to get a more positive message out there.
With regard to the choice of weekend, the club didn't really have one as clashing with Pfi was never going to work, add to this kimbolton ,buckmore and whilton mill all within 75 minutes so some people were obviously going to be upset at having to choose between rye and somewhere else.
It will not be easy and won't happen overnight but I do believe the changes will benefit hoddesdon kart club in the long term. Having first raced at rye house in 1984 when pretty much every grid was full it would please me no end to see entries rise throughout the coming year.
