itpro.you may be amused that i qualified on pole for the tkm festival pre final on a clutch(cant be that bad can they!)and thats me as a clod hopping old fart ona miniscule budget!

the funny bit is that for the pre final(pulling away from the dummy grid)i noticed my cltch was not right.following a red flag on the rolling lap(coming to a stop on track)my clutch packed in completely.we got it going and resumed but it wasnt right and my pre final was ruined.it was the first time ive had an issue with my clutch and what a time for it to happen!

for the fnal we just swapped engines but on inspection the week after we assertained that it was just a stone/debris that got into the clutch as there was a lot of scoring on the back plate,but that was it.

have we learned our lesson?

no.still on clutch as i like the usability of it,but im mulling over giving DD a go on practice days now!
