Then bolt the wheel to be balanced to your front hub and then turn the wheel position slowly and let it go if the wheel then turns and settles, mark the lower point and repeat this exercise a number of times.
Having established the heavy point then add the tyre weights to the inside of the rim 180 degrees from the heavy point, repeat the turning and letting go to settle a number of times again until the wheel does not turn when you let it go.
If you don�t use front hubs (buy a real kart! LOL) then you can do the same but just make sure that the wheel will turn freely.
Finally if you want, you can buy a tool to do this but it is basically just the same as a front hub but on a stand.
