I did the British Long Circuit Championships in ICC last season.

I did a total of eight events (at around �150-�180 per race entry), my dad rebuilt my engines, we ran on our own and bought one set of slick and wet tyres all year. We spent a total of �2000 including travelling and expenses, and finished 2nd in the championship (again)!!

Whilst there weren't many entries in the championship, when the Masters guys came from Short Circuit for the GP, i finished ninth in the final (which would have been 6th at best if I hadn't been nigh-on binned into turn one on the first lap!!!!)

Why these people feel the need to spend so much is beyond me!!

YOU DO NOT NEED TO RUN WITH A TEAM!!! SLEEP IN A TENT!!! STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!
