So� what would be wrong with the general set of rules as follows:-
1) Club meetings, and/or newbies, and/or first round after rule change: all should be dealt with more lightly SO LONG AS�the offence doesn�t give a significant performance advantage and does NOT significantly increase �risks� to driver or anyone else.
In the above cases, scrutineers should warn offender and ask them to change before the first race or, if not practical, by the next meeting. Driver warned that they will not be allowed to take �podium� or not win cups in any case while vehicle is raced in this condition. 2) National Rounds should be run TO THE LETTER of the rules.
� that STILL means that kerbs are NOT to be used because there is a SIGNIFICANT performance advantage!
