here is an update to the tony kart brake issue that has now been resolved.
after renewing all the seals in the system and ensuring it was spotlessly clean,no damage and a proper brake bleed as discribed by Hootsman the braking system worked fine.
the problem continued to exist. Inspected the brake pads. They were glazed and strangely only the outer areas of the pad were contacting the disk.Can only assume that the backing plate of the pads had warped.Probably due to the extreme temperatures experienced with the overheating of the brakes.this was caused by a moving axle.
I added some axle collars and reset all of the grub screws on the bearing and replaced the pads.
*******the brakes are now excellent and doing what they are supposed to do...
