slow kart recovery seems to be the norm at most tracks
its like we dont expect there to be oiled up engines, flat batterys, bent axles, etc..
im sure it wouldnt cost too much for a club to have a few trolleys dotted about to get karts back to the pit wall after a heat/race.
itd be a lot quicker than watching as a kart is man-handled over tyre walls, as a trolley from the pits finds its way to its kart out on the track.
I was at hooton on sunday and saw one kart loaded onto a trolley, pushed a few yards to the tyre wall, then both were dragged over the tyre wall, kart back on the trolley, pushed, etc...
it'd be good to have clear guidelines on what drivers should do in the event of a breakdown in order to speed things up and increase race distances.
