Few obvious 1s i can think of is, rotax has lot more grip n much quicker, also the tkm usually would run on a homologated tkm chassis which is for instance 2 axle bearing, 30 mill axle, no camber caster or tortion bars, as to rotax can use any cik chassis etc which has 50 mill rear axle, tortion bars and camber caster n therefore making the chassis weigh more aswell, if you have a tkm chassis and want to try both engines on that, id strongly sujest you didnt stick the rotax max engine on that chassis! but if you have a typical cik chassis you could run a tkm extreme engine on but ofcore will feel even more slower as it will be heavyer and probably more grip n will bog in corners etc, im sure more people will give more and more detailed examples but hope this helps
