i happen to have a kf3 and a kf2 and its not just the electrcal side thats the difference, there are differences in the small end for example , smaller on the kf3, while there could be a reason to make up a class for it,i would be happier if the engine were to be modified to take the extra rpm , but what a great engine as it is anyway , beats a max in performance , and brings a smile to your face as well but more than that it will be a hell of a lot cheaper to own long time, lots of cheap units for sale as well forget the max with its inherant problems go the kf 3 or 2.on our track the kf2 is a good second faster than a well driven senior competitive max, with the kf3 being able to race with a senior max on lap times
