when I buy a new kart i spend hrs preping it!

when was the last time you brought a kart with a high tensile bolt was supplied on a rear hub?

NEVER!

How many of you have had cheap monkey metal bolts supplied i.e. in a rear hub which has rounded at some stage?

Sureley for a �3k kart these should come supplied as standard!

NO!

PROFFIT, PROFFIT, PROFFIT!

These pedal pivot bolts / caliper safety bolts should be high tensile.

Nowadays kart manufacturers will supply 'monkey metal bolts' as kingpins as they would bend 1st before the chassi and cheaper to replace.

Why the hell arn't important items like i said with brakes made out of sterner stuff?

afterall the main impact on a kart does go through a brake pedal, king pin, and hubs!

when was the last time a throttle pedal bolt broke??????
