Kai, i forgot you have one. Shame we missed you this time. It was great that 7 other Aixro owners were there. And none of them had any issues which makes us even more comfortable about owning one/two.

that's the thing though, at the moment my brother and i share a Biland (we did have 2) and we have decided we can't do that any more, I'm 6"1 and he's 5"6, in the Biland he's compromised and with the Aixro last week I was.

the price is the biggest issue for us. �4500 for a 2nd hand one or �6500 new is far too steep at the moment. But, we're going to get saving and will do a few more test days along the way, maybe even a race in one of Richard's hire machines.

on talking to others, gearbox for me i think is completely out of the question now; too old, too heavy (not fat!!), no license and no racing budget.

Aixro definitely is the pinnacle of high power karting and it's so accessible. Now it has it's own race series I'm completely sold!
