John surely there will be no move to introduce more classes until George Robinson has finished his review. Perhaps introducing a bigger engine for national championships could work especially if these were allocated on a draw basis. Maybe there could be a batch of engines available that were hired out to FKS, S1, Kartmasters and `O' plate organisers. That would help to stop the `silly' money being spent but could also allow the MSA to remove the restrictors on Honda, WTP and Easykart so that clubs could run genuine cadet libra races. Hopefully that would give clubs better grids and market forces would sort out the engines over time. Maybe you could use club results as a basis for qualifying for the national events with drivers having to nominate one or two clubs as their qualifying clubs. Of course the MSA could also just slow down the Minimax/Junior TKM and change the age band to make it from 10 to 13 so that they effectively becomes a super cadet and at 13 you move up to a more powerful junior class.
