This is the e-mail i got from Dartford Karting about extreming, and there prices are usually the lowest when you look around:

Hi Thomas,

The price to extreme your engine would be �172.07 + vat which consists of small end roller set, base gasket, extreme piston and labour. I would suggest if you haven't recently had the engine rebuilt to do the bottom end as well this would cost �374.14 + vat total including to extreme it. Running in we would not recommend to do this on the dyno as the engine needs load on it whilst doing running it in and we can not do that on the dyno.
