Perhaps I should not have started this argument but I felt that something should be said. I will not be walking from Rye as I said I first went there over 40 yrs ago and a few bad drivers will not keep us away. In my first posting I said that the stewards heard the arguments, upheld that an offence had been committed but did not give out a punishment to fit the crime. The stewards at all the tracks do a great job and every one of us appreciates them for being there all I am asking for is that they go that one step further when they know an offence has occurred and issue a punishment that will deter the culprit from doing it again, once drivers know they will suffer if they offend driving standards will improve, may be not by much but any improvement is worth having. I would just like to add my thanks to all those supporting my comments, if more of us complained then something would have to be done.
