wadding in the exhaust.
The crankcase will also be full.
if you look at the back of the engine under the exhaust port you will see a lead from the coil/loom that goes to a black sensor held by two 10mm bolts.
Carefully release the connector by pressing on its clip. DO NOT force anything, it will come out when the clip is pressed sufficiently. It may help too use a flat blade screwdriver to press it.
Take out the two bolts.
Remove the exhaust and tip it about to make sure there is no fuel trapped in it.
If you don't dry it, you can get a large backfire when you eventually start the engine and ruin your underpants.
Worst case you could fire the baffle up someone's jacksie!
Now tip the kart on its bumper and get the engine horizontal with the hole where the sensor was, at the lowest point.
Any accumulated petrol and oil will drain out.
While it's on its bumper, just turn the engine over a few times by hand in case any fuel is trapped in the combustion chamber.
When you are satified that nothing is draining out, replace the sensor with the two 10mm bolts (don't overtighten) and plug back the connector.
Refit the exhaust, put a bit of fuel in and blow it through and attempt to start the engine.
