Dartford karting supply pistons and rings for 100cc motors and they're quite reasonably priced too. Most reputable kart engine builders will be able to check the bore and swap a piston for you. A word of note... BEFORE you buy the new piston/rings, have the bore checked first to ensure that its clean [free from scratches/nicks] and true [bores become eliptical and conical through wear. It may need to be honed or rebored depending on its state. Once done, you'll be told the correct piston size to buy.
Its not as complex as it sounds. I've been doing this myself since I was a 13 year old child - many moons ago - so its pretty straightforward. If you're interested in doing more yourself, there are plenty of good two stroke race engine books which would be worth a read. There are also a number of seasoned experts on UK Karting, so just drop a question here and you'll have it answered fairly promptly.
