I have to be honest, your answer sounds confused!
1) How do you KNOW your floor is 'flat' and to what DEGREE is it flat?
2) If you haven't removed the rear tyres and/or checked (with a soft tape measure from mum's/girlfriend's sewing box) that the circumference of both rear tyres is IDENTICAL ( I do NOT mean 'similar') than all measurements are VOID!
3) of you haven't checked that the mounting of the rear axle is not in the IDENTICAL position with regards to the bearing-hanger-holes......
4) Have you checked that none of the bumpers or pod carriers are NOT 'twisted' or that you seat is not 'under tension' and thus not exerting a 'twist' on the chassis?
Basically, what I am saying is that your 'simple' meathod of judging the degree of 'bend' on your stub/axle/king-pin is pretty likely to be WRONG!
There really is only one way to check. Strip the chassis and place on a REAL 'flat surface and or.... get it re-jigged!
You have discoverd What we all have found..... it's REALLY difficult to measure the accuracy of your CHASSIS!
