You clearly aren't used to this type of engine. It is a FULL race engine and is MUCH more sensitive to settings than are things like the Rotax or Hondas, etc..
They are EASY to set-up and maintain requiring simple 'settings'. However, simple weather conditions will alter the requirements. My suspicion is that you simply have too much fuel entering and that's controlled by the screws on the side of the carb. The setting of these is CRITICAL and, geting wrong, will cost you then engine if you are unlucky!
I assume you are using a carb like a Tillotson (Ibea, Hubchen, etc.). If you want to know how to set one up, post another message with an email address and I'll send you a set of simple instrcutions.
You should also know about 'choking' as it is the key to a lot of things on 'proper' kart 100cc motors. I'll include that, too!
