The rear axle has NO effect in the stiffness of the chassis...... I see......
Could you remind me of WHY that VERY solidly moun ted 30mm, 40mm or 50mm of tuvbe does NOT stiffen the chassis? Which part of you axle has the 'twisting' degree of freedom that would allow it NOT to stiffen the chassis as the chassis flexes.....?
Do I also now realise that you have never even TESTED the difference in stiffness of a chassis with or WITHOUT it's axle...... and that you have never tested the difference in the stiffness of the chassis between a 30mm, 40mm and a 50mm axle?
I am delighted to hear you are NOT a believer in the concept of stiffer/softer axles......
