The oil is for the gear train that drives the water pump and the balance shaft.
If you have the new style clutch you will have metal gears and the amount of oil should be 100ml.
If you have the old style clutch you will have plastic gears and the amout of oil should be 50ml.
To check the level for plastic gears you can use the level bolt located on the gear cover.
The lowest screw is the drain bolt and will also have a copper washer under the head.
The next bolt up is the level bolt and also has a copper washer under the head.
Don't over tighten the bolts.
For the new style cluch you would probably have to drain the oil from the level plug and measure the amount that comes out.
If it's 50ml then you had 100ml in there.
If not, the add 50ml.
I use ATF, automatic transmission fluid and find 75ml is fine, bust I don't suppose I should tell you to do that.
