Methinks people should be more honest with people and declare one's vested interests before offering what appears to be unbiased advice to keen karters who ask for sensible advice on these forums. Dean ,that we have never entertained the Storm as an option despite what the team may have been promoting at the time because we were able to make our own judgment about its engineering reliability and quality. Indeed we decided to wait and see what happened and predicted that they wouldn't last a season for anyone expecting to be in the mix competitively and so it has been shown . Even when we were desperate to make a decision on a new chassis as the JKH we ran for most of the year had had a lot of damage (as you well know) at GYG S1 and yet we were never THAT desperate to pay out money for a Storm as it was likely we would only end up paying put again in short order for yet another chassis. It is important for anyone committing this kind of money to get unbiased opinion from other karters and any conflict of interests by anyone offering an opinion should be declared - it's called ethics.
