first thing, check the fuel lines and vaccum line are on properly and dont have any nicks in the line so that air can escape
also are you covering the airbox when your trying to bleed the line:???? ive always tank taped mine up or covered it with a hand to make sure the fuel can pull through easily
secondly is it dd or clutch>??? either way when your priming the fuel line you can either take the fuel line off the carb, suck the fuel through until its about an inch from your mouth, clamp it with some bullnose pliers and put it on the carb, that way the fuel will be within an inch of the carb and when fired up should pull hte fuel through
the other way to do it is like you said turn the wheels (unless its a clutch, in which case take the plug out, put it back on the ht lead and rest on engine so its earthed, then blip the starter until the fuel is pulled though) but make sure you cover the airbox when doing it.
failing that, take the carb apart and make sure the kit is installed correctly and used the correct bits....there is more in the walbro kit than you actually need
